An opportunity for young players

Marcus Berg will never forget the influence his young coaches had on him when he first started to play football. It was a time in Marcus’ life when he got to know and love football.

Football was a passion for Marcus early on and his father Kennet stood by him during all his practice sessions and junior matches.

Kennet, Marcus and his brother Jonathan have started an initiative for young kids in Sweden to have the same opportunity as Marcus had. They have started a Berg Football Academy that will host 100 young players every summer in his home town of Torsby.

A professional training academy with qualified football staff will lead the five day academy and offer state-of-the-art training opportunities.
