Marcus Berg off the field

Marcus Berg was born on August 17, 1986 in Torsby, a small town in western Sweden. He grew up with his family: mother, father, older brother and younger sister.

Marcus family, friends and hometown are very important to him and when he's home in Sweden he likes to spend as much time with them as possible.

When not playing football, Marcus likes to travel, see the world and explore other cultures. On his spare time, he's mainly in to sport activities like motor cross, jet skiing and golf. He also shares the interest of fishing with his father and brother.

Music is a big part of Marcus life, he loves to listen to music at home as well as attend different music events and go to concerts.  It's a nice way for him to relax from football and hang out with his friends.
